Please note: Drying often takes the most time—especially for thick or double coats—so be sure to give yourself a little extra time to finish up comfortably

Absolutely! We understand some guests prefer to use their own products. Just use the rinse setting to wet their coat, then apply your product. 

Yes, you’re welcome to bring more than one dog! Just be sure to book enough time so everyone gets the care and attention they deserve. 

We know things come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule, you’re welcome to do so anytime up to 12 hours before your appointment.
